Grill Masters: The First 3 to reply to this email will receive a free drink wristband
and a reserved table for their family!
Servers: 4 individuals are needed at each shift (11, 12 and 3) to help serve so all members can enjoy the day!
Please reply to this email to let us know which shift you are willing to help with. (approx. 1 hour)
Times:
10:00 am --Gates Open
Partygoers will be checked in as they arrive. All persons in a group must remain together until they are checked in (no exceptions).
11:00 am -- Nacho Bar Opens
Nachos, cheese, salsa and jalapeños
12:00 - 2:00 pm -- Lunch is Served
Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Baked beans, Chips, Sodas
3:00 pm -- Ice Cream Bar
4:00 pm -- Party Over
6:00 pm -- Pool Closes
Fees:
Guest fee -- $10 for Adults, $5 for kids 5-12, free for kids 4 & under
Adult Drink wrist band -- $7
Pie-in-the-face raffle -- 25 cents each or 5 for $1 (tickets drawn at noon, 1:00, & 3:00)
50/50 Raffle -- $1 each or 6 for $5 (ticket drawn at 3:00, need not be present to win)
Extras:
All are welcome to bring extra chairs, umbrellas, and E-Z up tents
